The 5meals nutritional meal delivery weight loss program is based on an anti-inflammatory, balanced diet that includes fresh, gourmet and nutrient-dense ingredients. One of the main reasons we gain weight is when our bodies are inflamed and out of balance. Our 5meals packages assure an optimal protein-to-glycemic load balance for improved hormonal control. We use lean proteins, low glycemic carbs and healthy fats. Our philosophy forms the basis of every meal we deliver to your door.
When signing up on our program our team will evaluate your weight loss potential by calculating your body weight, height and additional factors. We will then proceed to customize a portion controlled meal plan just for you.  
Our meals assure you never feel deprived. We provide an adequate intake of fat to feed your brain, manage hunger and mental fatigue. Fats is not what makes you fat, insulin does. Therefore our diet is designed to be insulin reducing. 
Every day our clients receive 5 meals. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with 2 snacks. The first meal should be consumed an hour after waking up in the morning and from there on every 3 to 5 hours for a meal and just 2 hours for a snack.  
 Our meal plans contain savory snacks, pancakes, muffins, smoothies and other treats . Gourmet dinners including veal or crusted chicken. Take a minute to browse our menu... And prove to yourself the power of food.

Frequently asked questions for our weight loss program

5 meals menu

1) How much weight can I expect to lose?

Clients have reported a weight loss of around 10-15 pounds on the first month on this program. You may however lose more or less depending on your physical activity, metabolism and number of cheats. Our program ensures long term weight loss of excess body fat and not just a quick loss of muscle.

2) Is this meal plan for me?

Every meal on this diet plan consists of protein, carbs and fat. If you like hearty and balanced meals and want to lose or maintain your weight this program may be just for you! Click to have a peek at one of our menus.

3) Can this program work for me if I am a vegetarian?

Unfortunately this program does not accommodate vegetarians. We can however customize our detox program to accommodate vegetarians. 

4) What if I do not want to lose weight?

Many of our clients are on our program for convenience. We can customize a maintenance program to help keep you at your current weight and to ensure you eat and feel healthy!

5) Will I feel hungry on this diet

Do not confuse cravings with true hunger. When you sign up on the program we will evaluate your height and weight to ensure you get an adequate amount of food. Nursing moms for example will receive a bigger breakfast or extra snack. If you feel hungry on this diet after a week or two contact our team to reevaluate your needs.

6) Can I drink alcohol or coffee?

Yes, though in moderation. A decaffeinated coffee is best.
