Lunch: Black Bean and Quinoa Salad


Quinoa is all the rage these days and not for naught! Just 1 cup contains 8.14 grams of protein and lots of fiber. It is gluten free and is sometimes considered a super food. Combined with black beans and healthy greens this salad is all you need for an energy packed lunch.

Snack: Balsamic Chicken and Broccoli


Balsamic offers an explosion of flavor. Its sweet and tart with a fruity yet sharp under taste. 

Dinner: Coconut Crusted Chicken with Stir Fried Beans and Beats


Snack: Cranberry Cookie
